Terms and Conditions for Nipobithi

By using the Nipobithi Resort website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Terms: For the services contracted, 50% advance payment should be made during the booking time on a confirmed basis.. Nipobithi Resort holds the right to decide on the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of service & the time left for the commencement of the service. Besides above, in certain cases like Train Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (Christmas/ New Year) or during fairs/festivals, full payment may be required in order to hold space on CONFIRMED BASIS. Please note that such payments are NON REFUNDABLE.


2. Cancellation Charges for Room Booking ::
   ● 90% refund in case of Cancellation 30 days before arrival date.
   ● 50% refund in case of Cancellation 15 days before arrival date.
   ● No refund in case of Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date.
   ● No refund once you have checked in if you want to leave before your checkout date.
   ● Any funds received from outside of India for bookings cannot be refunded outside of India
   ● Once refund is approved the amount is credited by 5 to 10 working days.

Note: All Refund Transfer charges shall be charged from guest account, If any



3. NOTE: No refund for cancellation of booking during:
   ● Durga Puja Holidays
   ● Holidays & new Year (20th Dec to 2nd Jan)
   ● Holi or Dolyatra
   ● During 23th Jan to 26th Jan
   ● During 15th Aug & 2nd Oct
   ● Any other Festival of special days Time.


4. Age Restrictions: Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation through our website. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
5. Accuracy of Information: We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up-to-date. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free and reserve the right to make changes and corrections at any time.
6. Limitation of Liability and disclaimer of warranties : We shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or the reservation of a hotel room. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, special, and consequential damages.
7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Your use of our website following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
9. Child policy: Upto 5years charges will be Zero, after 5 Years to 17 Years you have to pay the extra charges at hotel depending on hotel policy.
10. Extra Person: Every room has its own room capacity,Example: Double bed rooms have the capacity of two adults, if any one booked it for three or more then the rest of people have to pay extra charges as per hotel room availibility.
